This notice explains how Business Machines Service Centre (BMSC) handles the personal information you share with us, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect

When you call, email or WhatsApp us, ask for a quotation or place an order, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, delivery or billing address, and details of what you need. We collect this information directly from you. Giving it to us is voluntary, but without it we may not be able to prepare a quotation, process your order or deliver to you.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, process and deliver your order within Sandakan, and provide after-sales service.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only when needed to complete your order (for example with a supplier or service partner) or when the law requires us to. We use email and WhatsApp to talk to customers, and these providers may store messages on servers outside Malaysia.

Keeping it safe

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for these purposes and for our business records, and we take reasonable care to protect it.

This website

This website has no forms, accounts or tracking, and does not collect personal information. It only remembers your language and theme choice in your own browser. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of normal web traffic. The branch maps are provided by Google Maps; when they load, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies under its own privacy policy.

Your choices
