Business Machines Service Centre began with a simple idea: give Sandakan’s offices one place to get their supplies and keep their machines running. This is how one small shop grew into two branches serving offices, schools and homes across Sandakan.

How it started
In 1988, Stephen Soong and his wife Kathy Pau opened the first BMSC shop in Bandar Leila, mainly for office supplies and a service department for business machines, along with some stationery.
Stephen and Kathy saw that local offices needed more than a place to buy supplies. They also needed someone nearby who could fix their machines quickly. BMSC set out to offer both, with friendly service and fair prices.
Over the years, trust did the rest. Through consistent service, reliable workmanship, and word-of-mouth referrals, we built lasting customer relationships and grew our business reputation.

The two Bandar Leila shops merge into one, bringing the Showroom, the Service Dept, office supplies and stationery together under one roof at Bandar Leila Stationery
